Can the move happen entirely over a weekend?

For most offices up to around 100 seats, yes — pack Friday evening, move Saturday, place and verify Sunday. Larger offices may split into phased weekend moves so no team is ever fully offline.

Who packs employees' personal items?

We recommend employees pack their own drawer contents into cartons we supply beforehand, labelled with their seat number. Our crew handles everything shared: equipment, furniture, files, and pantry.

Do you coordinate with building management?

Yes. We arrange loading dock slots, service lift bookings, and entry permissions with both buildings' facility teams as part of the move plan, so trucks aren't waiting at a gate on move day.
