What is the minimum storage period?

One week. Under that, it's usually more economical to adjust your moving date instead — we'll tell you honestly which works out cheaper for your situation.

Can I access my goods while they're stored?

Yes, with a day's notice we arrange supervised access at the facility. If you need a specific item retrieved and delivered, that can be done against the inventory list too.

Are stored goods insured?

Storage insurance is offered at intake alongside the inventory, covering declared value against fire and theft. We explain the terms before you sign, and the premium appears as its own line on the bill.
