Electric scooters travel too; we note the charge state and keep the battery connected or disconnected per the manufacturer's transport guidance.

Does the bike need to be in running condition?

No. Non-running bikes can be moved too — we bring a ramp and extra hands for loading. Mention the condition at booking so the crew arrives prepared.

Can my bike travel with my household goods?

Yes. If you're booking home shifting with us, the bike can share the same truck, crated and strapped separately from the cartons. That usually costs less than booking the two moves independently.

What if I notice a scratch at delivery?

Point it out during the joint inspection before signing the delivery receipt. We compare against the pickup photos on the spot, and genuine transit damage goes into the claim process immediately.
